CONDITIONS

1. DAMAGED PRODUCT(S)*

If the product you receive has been damaged in any way: broken packaging, opened during shipment, damaged product, etc.

2. MISSING PRODUCT(S)

If one or more products are missing from your order.

3. ALLERGIES

Ta peau, ton fruit offers you the possibility of returning or exchanging any product causing an allergic reaction. Ta peau, ton fruit designs its products so that they are as hypoallergenic as can be, but if your skin reacts to one of our products, it is possible to return it. We truly care about your satisfaction and it will be our pleasure to reimburse you or to exchange the product.

We will inform you of the return and exchange procedures.
The return be at your expense (to be determined according to the situation).

Time limit

For condition 1 and 2 (damaged and missing products) : you have seven days to get in touch with us.

For condition 3 (allergies) : you have 21 days to contact us.

*Returns and exchanges are only possible from the website and not at the retailer's point of sale.
